As a former athlete, I loved having written down what I needed to do. I added a couple exercises to amp up the difficulty a little. I HIGHLY recommend this challenge to anyone who is willing to try it! It was fun! Here are my after photos!
I've been trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. I've started new supplements that have made me feel like a new woman, mentally and physically! I think in a post or two I will have to talk about them.
